About 2 weeks ago, I just found out that my house ada sauna! Been here for more than 2 years, and baru skang tau bende tu ada. Bole? Itu pon my niece si Fateha yg cakap. She even been there few time already enjoying the facility. Mmg blur sungguh aku ni hek. So, I went there and check it out, then figured out that what we have now is basically 3 Infra Red Sauna rooms. Now what the heck is Infra Red Sauna? Rupenye macam dalam gambo ni ha..
Last time I went to sauna, it was hot, steamy and ended up all wet over the place. Now the ones that we have here, its dry and.. basically just a small room made from nice wood, with a bench to sit in it. Its kinda privacy and cozy tho. Oh, and I love the smell of that wood.. Ok, since I was not familiar with those, I googled it to know how actually it works compare to the usual one, and found some infos on it. This is how the Infra Red Sauna works compare to the conventional one. OoOooOooo....
Some people believed that sauna is a kinda safety tools to lose weight. How? Well, using sauna can make you drop off several pounds alright. You may not experience dramatic weight lost, but by exposing yourself to high temperatures, your body gonna sweat out the extra weight. Some say that, thats only the sweat/water that came out from body, not the fat. Well I guess its not entirely true, pasal secara puratanya, badan seseorang itu mampu kuarkan peluh sehingga 500g and expend about 300-600 calories during 20-40 minutes sauna session, which is bersamaan ngan kalori yg digunakan bila seseorg tuh lari dalam 2-3 miles.
Berat yg hilang tu memang akan naik semula bila kita minum air dalam jumlah yg sama. Walopon begitew, kalori bukan air, jadi walopon nampak mcm berat tu tak turun dalam masa sehari lepas sessi sauna tu, you will not regain the calories that we use to expel that sweat. Sauna jugak akan menyebabkan garam dalam badan dapat dikuarkan melalui peluh. Garam adalah agen terpenting yg menyebabkan kejadian water retention dalam badan, dan bila terlalu byk air, berat akan naik. So, we dont want to keep too much salt inside our body untuk dikumpul jadi fat tak tentu pasal ye dak?
Sauna ni jugak mampu menyahkan chemical toxicity. As these toxins removed from body while using the sauna, weight loss jugak naturally follows. In fact, Infra Red Sauna ni are said that the only natural, healthy way to burn calories without lifting a finger or exercising. Dikatekan jugak, yg using this sauna daily mampu meransang dan menghensemkan tisu2 kolagen kite. Kirenye, takyah nak sesuntik botoks segala, masuk je sauna hehari muke pon berseri2 lagi tegang gitu. Selain itu, ianya boleh tolong easekan kite punye sakit2 otot ka, sakit2 badanka, serta melancarkan perjalanan darah dalam badan. Walo camane pon, jangan stay terlalu lama dalam sauna, seeloknya yg paling lama pon 30 minit aje sbb kalo lebih2, bole mengakibatkan dehydration, heat stroke dan hyperthermia. Kalo agak2 dah tak tahan dok dalam tu, seblom jadi pepening ke, pensan ke, cecepat lah kuar ye..
Hmm.. so.. since dah ada facility nih.. untuk kesihatan (and hopefully untuk keseliman aminnn) apo laie, moh try keberkesannnye. Betul ke tak teori2 tu semua. Let see what happen in 2 months from now.. jom sauna! Enjoice..
